Complimentary Consultation
At our West Bloomfield office, we offer chiropractic and neurofeedback services to help you achieve optimal health and wellness. If you're unsure if our services are right for you or your child, we offer a complimentary no-obligation consultation to determine if you are a good candidate for our services. During this consultation, Dr. Eric Mintz will take the time to listen to your health goals, challenges, and stressors present in your life. If he believes he can help you, he will develop a personalized treatment plan that is specific to your needs.
Insurance Coverage
We understand that healthcare costs can be a concern for many of our patients. That's why we accept most insurances and will do a complimentary benefits check for you to let you know if your insurance covers our services. However, coverage varies by plan, and we recommend that you also check with your insurance provider to understand the details of your coverage. Here are some questions you can ask:
Do I have chiropractic health insurance benefits?
What is my deductible and has it been met?
How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
What is the coverage amount per session?
Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Rates and Payment Options
For patients without insurance coverage, we offer reduced fee services on a limited basis. We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards for payment. Payment is due at the time of service.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes things come up, and you may need to cancel your appointment. If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please provide us with at least 24 hours' notice. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
